You book an RV site, not a numbered pad
Fifteen sites exist. Which numbered site sits where has never been set down on the ground, so we are walking the property and mapping it on 30 September 2026.
Until that map is finished we sell an RV site rather than site seven.
Tell us your rig length when you book. We will not put you on a pad it does not fit.

The rest of the property
On the same property as the motel and the house, so the grass area, the picnic tables and the treehouse are a walk away rather than a drive.
One photograph of the RV row is all we own today. A pad with a rig on it, a hookup pedestal and the road in are all on the list, and they go up the week they are taken.
Before you book
Cancellation
Free until 48 hours before check in. Inside 48 hours we charge the first night.
And if you book three or more days ahead, California gives you a second, separate right: 24 hours from your confirmation to cancel free for any reason, refunded within 30 days. It does not apply to a booking made inside 72 hours of arrival. Both rights, in full.
What you pay
No card is taken on the booking page yet. We hold your dates and email you to confirm.
We charge the full stay when you book, refundable under the cancellation policy.
The nightly price is the whole price we charge. There is no booking fee, no resort fee and no cleaning fee. Plumas County adds 9 percent occupancy tax and 3 percent tourism district assessment on top, and both stop after 30 nights.
Two nights on an RV site is $120, plus $10.80 occupancy tax and $3.60 tourism district: $134.40 in total.
House policies
Check in after 4 PM. Check out noon. Quiet hours 10 PM to 6 AM. No smoking. One night minimum. Up to two dogs, 70 lbs or less, at $20 a night.
A service animal is not a pet: the dog limits and the nightly charge do not apply to one and we never charge for one. All six policies, in full, are on rates and policies.
Accessibility
We have not measured anything here for accessibility yet: not a doorway, not a step, not a shower. We are measuring it in October and the numbers will go on this page.
