What we know, and what nobody has measured yet

The short version

Cedar Lodge takes its first booking on 30 September 2026. No one has yet written down a doorway width, a threshold height, a bathroom layout or the slope of the route across the lot. An accessibility claim we have not checked is worse than no claim at all, because you would make a decision on it.

What we can do is answer a specific question honestly. Email daniel@youreasypark.com before you book, tell us what you need, and we will go and measure the exact thing you asked about and write back with the number. That is a real offer, not a form of words.

This website

We are building this site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Level AA. We are not claiming we have got all of it right.

If something here does not work for you, email daniel@youreasypark.com and tell us what happened. We answer within one business day. If this site is the reason you cannot book, we will take the booking by email instead, at the same price, with no extra step.

There is no phone line

Cedar Lodge has no phone number. That is a real gap and we are not going to talk around it: a guest who cannot use a website has no route to us except email.

Nobody gets a phone line here, so no guest is worse off than another, but an absence is still an absence. Email reaches a person and we answer within one business day. When a phone line exists, we will say so on this page, with the date it started.

The property, as it is

Here is what we can describe without measuring anything. None of it is a claim about whether the property works for you.

• The seven motel rooms are on the ground floor, along a covered walkway, and each one has its own door opening onto the lot.
• Parking and the drives are gravel.
• The house has a covered deck, reached by steps.
• The fifteen RV sites are on gravel.

We have not written any of that down as accessible or not accessible, because we do not know yet. A covered walkway tells you nothing about a threshold, and gravel tells you nothing about a slope.

What has not been measured

This is the whole list, so you can see the shape of what we do not know. Somebody walks the property with a tape measure on 30 September 2026, and every line below gets a real number after that.

When those numbers exist, they go on the page for each room and each site, where you would look for them, and they go up whether they are good numbers or bad ones.

Booking a room

You book any room here the same way as anyone else: on this site, at any hour of the day, with no phone call and no separate request form. There is no version of this where some guests book themselves in and others have to ask permission.

We cannot today hold a room out as having accessible features, because nothing has been measured. If that changes, this page changes with it, and the room gets described with numbers rather than with a symbol.

Service animals

Service animals are welcome in every room and on every site. A service animal is not a pet, so any pet rule or pet fee of ours does not apply to one, and you will not be asked for paperwork.

RV sites

We make no accessibility claim about any RV site either. After the walk on 30 September we will write down the same facts for every site: surface, slope, the dimensions, and the route from the pad to anything you would have to walk to.

The same description for all fifteen, so you can compare them yourself rather than take our word for which one suits you.

If we have written something on this site that turns out not to be true, tell us and we will change it the same day. That goes for a measurement, a photograph, or a sentence on this page.
